Ron Gogul

Ron Gogul  
Ron is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a B.A. Degree in History and Business Education in 1966.  He graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law of Cleveland State University with a J.D. in 1970.  Ron was admitted to the Bar in Ohio in 1970 and also is a member of the Estate Planning Council.  His practice emphasizes Estate Planning and includes tax preparation and probate procedures.  His Supreme Court registration number is 0011720.

Greg Gogul

Greg Gogul   Greg has joined the family law firm as the Financial and Estate Administrator. In addition to executing the paralegal court filings of probate and guardianship, Greg deals with the insurance side of the company. He is licensed by the State of Ohio in life insurance, health insurance, Annuity investments, and has performed State mandated training for long term care, Medicare and Medicaid administration as well as Senior Needs training, financial planning and VA benefits. Greg attended CSU for music studies in 1994, and later went on to ITT Technical Institute for his degree in Engineering Electronics Technology and Applied Science. He also attended Hondros College to study Insurance and Investments for his state board exam. His National Producer Number is 9018903.

Erin Kick

Erin is a 1994 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio with a B.A. Degree in Child Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice.  She graduated in 1998 from the University of Akron School of Law with a J.D. and completed a judicial clerkship in Holmes County Common Pleas Court.  She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1998.  She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association; her Supreme Court registration number is 0069362.

Bill Barack

Bill Barack  
Dr. Bill Barack formed Barack Capital Management, a portfolio management company, in 2000. Prior to that, he worked for 30+ years in engineering. He served as the Engineering Manager for Calphalon Corporation, consulted with various Fortune 500 companies for Morrison Knudsen, and spent 20 years with General Electric designing products from jet engines to light bulbs. He currently stays involved in the business world, serving on several Boards for manufacturing companies. Bill lives in Cleveland, Ohio where he enjoys long walks by Lake Erie with his wife Susan and their two golden retrievers.

William J. Mitchell

Bill graduated from Albion College in 1993 with a B.A. Degree in Political Science and Constitutional Law.  He received a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1996, when he was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio.  He is also admitted to the Bar of the states of Michigan and Kentucky.  His practice includes real estate, estate planning, condominium and general corporate law.

Tom Mays

Tom has been practicing law in the State of Ohio since 1986. During that time, he has handled cases for people injured due to the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents; boating accidents; property accidents; medical negligence; and as victims of a violent crime. Additionally, Tom represents people who suffer injuries at the workplace. Tom also represents people who are charged with traffic and criminal offenses. Tom’s focus is on representing clients so that they are properly compensated. While the insurance companies are looking out for its own interests, Tom is looking out for our clients.
